Last week, we looked at the importance of staying hydrated and learned about different strategies to help you drink enough fluids throughout the day. Here in Portland, we continue to have temperatures much higher than normal. This past Friday, it was 100 degrees in some places. It is important to drink lots of fluids in the heat, but there are foods you can choose that can help prevent dehydration.
